Travellers usually expect the property they rent to be furnished. The kitchen and electronics equipment to be maintained in a sound and clean conditions. All property descriptions must accurately specify the nature of the accommodation, sleeping arrangements and amenities provided.
Our listing requirements are quite easy to follow. Here they are::

Here's what that means: HolidayRentalsHomes.com will not list 'Lakeview Resort' (which has several 1, 2 & 3 bedroom cabins available). But, we will list a 2 bedroom cabin within 'Lakeview Resort'. We do this to make it as easy as possible for those all-important travellers to search, compare and find exactly what they are looking for. Many property owners have multiple listings for just this reason.
If you have a variety of vacation rentals available we would need a separate property listing under same account for each property that you wish to have listed. These listings should reflect different rental rates, number of bedrooms, amenities, etc. and, most importantly, a description specific to the individual property. Remember, you will receive a substantial discount for the second and subsequent listings.
Each property's listing must clearly indicate the level of furnishing as well as fixtures and equipment available:
